Now We Have Plenty of Room

When you get married, one of the first things you realize is you often have too much stuff for one household. Well, at least that was the case for us. My husband had a house when I met him and I did too. So we had essentially double on everything.

But neither one of us was prepared to get rid of all the additional stuff. So I believed we might as well lease a storage locker to put the stuff we definitely wished to keep, but had no real room for in our new place. Getting a new place together was important, because it wouldn’t have the ghost of previous girlfriends and boyfriends to contend with.

I went on the internet to get a place to store some stuff, I did a net search for “NYC mini storage” and “storage NYC.” One of the main things we wanted to store was all of the things my husband accumulated over his single years like movie souvenirs and stuff. I liked some of the flicks my hubby liked, but not enough to have all the things he had around his place.

When I found your website, I knew I had found exactly what we needed. The storage unit was terribly close to our home, so anytime my husband wished to go visit his stuff, he could. I know some of the people may think I was being a little harsh, but those folks are what I like to call wrong.

They don’t have a life size Darth Vader or Storm Trooper in their den. Thanks to the storage unit, my hubby could keep all of his things safe and secure till we moved into a bigger home that he could have a separate room for all his movie things. It was going to be a perfect situation.
